Precautions For Threading Tools
Threading tools are excellent auxiliary tools for pulling the guide rope in the pipeline. The smooth and elastic surface allows the perforator to pass through narrow passages easily. The perforator is composed of three parts: a copper core, a glass fiber reinforced layer, and a high-pressure low-density polyethylene protective layer (smooth, sturdy, and resistant to harsh environments). The copper conductor allows the poke bars to be easily placed in different ways.

In the early days, the threading tools were mainly used for the traction of the wall and the road and later developed into the optical cable of the sewer to wait for the traction of the line. The threader has the advantages of saving time, labor and improving work efficiency. It can be used for cleaning telecommunications pipelines and laying out optical cables, cables, and plastic sub-pipes. When in use, the FRP-covered rod is firstly led out from the lead wheel, and then connected with the corresponding metalhead, and then penetrated into the pipeline. When used for cleaning, the guide head drives the cleaning tool to clean the pipeline; when used for laying cables, the steel wire or iron wire can be brought in first, and then the steel wire or iron wire can be used to pull the cable into the pipe.
